- Multiple checkpoints throughout processing, including random spot checks, to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Routine monitoring and regular customer meetings to review product quality, assist with inventory, and identify out-of-service linen
- Benchmarking finishing and delivery standards — including folds, packing, stains, wrinkles, and crispness
- Independent operational reviews and audits of facility systems and standards to drive ongoing improvement

Sanitation & Safety Standards
PureStar’s sanitation processes consistently exceed the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our commitment to hygienically clean linen includes:
- Segregation of customer linen from collection, through processing, to delivery
- Industrial-size washers operating at water temperatures above 140°F
- Wash formulas engineered to remove microorganisms using effective disinfectants, including chlorine or peroxide
- Industrial dryers operating at temperatures up to 200°F
- Industrial ironers reaching nearly 300°F to complete the sanitization process
- Thorough sanitization of delivery carts to protect clean linens in transit
